In this collaboration, we've combined the renowned Huzhou dumplings with Sichuan pepper. After meticulous development and multiple adjustments, we use crispy, aromatic Sichuan peppercorns to enhance the traditional Huzhou method of soaking glutinous rice in sauce. Marinated overnight, the dumplings feature a perfect blend of Sichuan pepper’s bold aroma and numbing sensation, seamlessly integrated into the soft, round glutinous rice and carefully selected ingredients. “Pepper Chicken Drumstick Dumpling”
Crispy Sichuan peppercorns are finely ground and mixed with our exclusive sauce, then marinated with fresh, tender chicken drumsticks for 12 hours to ensure every piece is flavorful. When you unwrap the dumpling, you’ll be greeted by a tantalizing aroma. One bite, and the numbing sensation of the Sichuan peppercorns unfolds in your mouth, perfectly balanced with the tender chicken. Enjoy the delightful dance of pepper and chicken in every bite.
“Hearty Vegetarian Dumpling” (Five-Spice Vegetarian)
Shredded mushrooms and lightly fried chestnuts are combined with Sichuan peppercorns, crispy spicy pepper mix, star anise, and bay leaves, then slow-cooked to perfection. This dumpling features a rich array of organic and non-toxic ingredients, including XinShe mushrooms, king oyster mushrooms, yellow sweet potatoes, Beigang peanuts, Japanese golden chestnuts, lotus seeds, mung beans, and oats. Boiling: No need to thaw. Place the dumpling (with the leaves) in cold water. Start timing when the water boils. If frozen, boil for 20 minutes. If refrigerated, boil for 10 minutes.
Steaming: No need to thaw. Place the dumpling (with the leaves) in a steamer. Steam for about 20-30 minutes with 2.5 cups of water. If steaming over boiling water, wait for the water to boil, then place the dumpling in the steamer and steam for about 20-25 minutes.
