Shipping Information
Free Shipping: Orders over 1000 TWD are eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Costs: For orders under 1000 TWD, shipping via Hsinchu Logistics costs 80 TWD, and shipping to a convenience store costs 65 TWD.
Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after placement. Delivery via home delivery takes 3-5 business days (excluding holidays).
Delivery Days: Monday to Friday.
Delays: Orders may be delayed during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen natural disasters.
Home Delivery: Actual delivery times will depend on the route assigned by the delivery driver.
Convenience Store Pickup: Please pay attention to the delivery notification message and pick up your order within 7 days of arrival. Failure to pick up without reason may result in shipping costs being borne by the customer.
Inspection: Upon receiving your goods, please open and check for correct quantity and defects. Contact us within 2 days if there are any issues; otherwise, we will not process the request.
Unreceived Orders: If you have not received your order within 10 business days of placing it, please contact customer service immediately.
