Return and Exchange Policy
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was sent in error or is severely defective. If you need to return an item, it must be unused and free from damage caused by the customer. Return and Exchange Process:
- Contact customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Customer service will confirm if the return or exchange is approved.
- Prepare the complete product and invoice, and provide the receipt time, contact information, and address.
- Our designated logistics provider will arrange for pickup.
- Once confirmed, a refund will be processed within 3 days.
